If you would like to schedule (or modify your scheduled event) for a particular location, first determine if there is availability at the date(s) & time(s) desired.  If there is a scheduling conflict, it is your responsibility to resolve the matter with the other parties involved. New activities need to first be approved by the board.  You may make your request here.
