Rates are set annually in April. New rates are effective July 1 for Mobile Homes and November 1 for Park Models.

RV Rental Rates

Reservation Deposit is $350.00 ($250 to lot and $100 to electric). Reservation Deposit becomes a Security Deposit for the lot and electric on check in. Lot Rent Payment is due in full at check-in.

 Seasonal RV Daily, Weekly & Monthly (rent payment due in full upon arrival)

 Daily $45.00 includes electric, trash & water

Weekly $260.00 includes electric, trash & water

1 Month $675.00 includes trash & water – electric is metered & billed

2 Months $1,300.00 includes trash & water – electric is metered & billed

3 Months $1,950.00 includes trash & water – electric is metered & billed

4 Months $2,500.00 includes trash & water – electric is metered & billed

5 Months $2,925.00 includes trash & water – electric is metered & billed

6 Months $3,400.00 includes trash & water – electric is metered & billed

No Refunds after arrival or credit for unused rent.

Refund Policy on Reservation Deposits: A $50.00 Administration fee will be deducted from the return of reservation deposit prior to September 1. Cancellations from September 1st – 30th refunds will be given due to illness or death in the family minus a $50.00 administration fee. No refunds after October 1st for any reason.

Park Model Rates

Regular Lot: 

$4,344.00 annual  or $362.00 monthly

Corner Lot: 

$4,375.00 annual or $365.00 monthly

Large Lot: 

$4,416.00 annual or $368.00 monthly

Mobile Home Rates

July 1, 2023 – June 30, 2024

Regular Lot: 

$5,660.00 annual or $490.00 monthly

Large Lot: 

$6,000.00 annual or $500.00 monthly

Corner Lot: 

$6,120.00 annual or $510.00 monthly

Premium Lot:

$6,276.00 annual or $523.00 monthly

Water, trash and grass mowing included in the Park Model & Mobile Homes rates above.

All rates are based on 2 person occupancy. All visitor must be registered in advance at the office.

A visitors’ fee of $3.00 per day will be charged. Guest may only stay a maximum 14 days per season and must wear a guest badge. Children allowed as guests for 14 days only per season.

Rent is due on the 1st of the month. Any accounts not paid in full by the 5th will be charged a $35.00 late fee.

All payments must be made using our online payment system. This system allows for payment by direct debit, credit card, debit card and CashPay. Call the Office for information regarding this payment System.

Payments returned by the bank for any reason will incur a $35.00 service fee.

Storage fees for Residents Only – $30.00 per month.
